The D pattern gate latch is used to securely lock outdoor gates. It can only be opened from the inside of the gate. It has a loop allowing padlock (sold separately) to be placed for extra security.

For installation -

1) Place latch piece on the jamb and make pencil mark for screw holes.

2) Fix the latch with screws.

3) Place the counter piece on door at close position and mark for screw holes.

4) Fix the counter piece with screws.
