- Wattyl Master Prep Surface Binder is a clear oil based surface conditioner and binder. It is suitable for interior and exterior surfaces as a binder for thin films of powdery products such as chalking paint and Kalsomine that cannot be thoroughly cleaned.
- Binds weathered, chalky and powdery surfaces
- Promotes adhesion on powdery kalsomine surfaces
- Promotes adhesion on chalky weathered paints.
- Use with eight water based or oil based finish coats.
- Interior and exterior application.I
- COVERAGE: Usually does 8 to 10 square metres, depending on surface texture and porosity
