The cleat hook is traditionally used to securely tying up curtain or blind chords so to keep them safety and avoid child or pet strangulation.

For installation, simply screw into position slightly wider than the blind or curtain to allow easy operation. For child safety, cleat hooks should be installed higher than 1.6m above ground.
